FMSCICOM2024, 15th Scientific Conference for Ph.D. Students and Young Researchers in Management, took place on 14 and 15 November 2024 at the premises of Faculty of Management, Prague University of Economics and Business.

The committee evaluated the individual contributions and chose the three best presenters. Their evaluation reflected a comprehensive concept of research, presentation skills and also the level of their scientific posters. The three awards this year (alphabetically) are:

Kristina Randlova: Care of persons with Alzheimer’s disease: institutionalization in the Czech Republic
Lucie Rotenbornova: Critical mass of women in top management of small and medium enterprises and its impact on financial performance
Petr Simacek: The impact of negative workplace gossip sent by supervisors on quiet quitting: The mediating effects through psychological safety and quiescent silence
