FMSCICOM2021, 12th Scientific Conference for Ph.D. Students and Young Researchers, took place on 15 October 2021. Due to the current situation, the conference has took place in a fully on-line form.

The committe has awarded the best three papers in the best paper competition.

• 1st place (shared): Kateryna Martiushenko and Eduard Palovchyk for the paper Gender Stereotypes in Toy Industry: „Creatable World“ Case
• 1st place (shared): Roman Golotovskiy for the paper The Impact of Organizational Growth and Organizational Structure on Organizational Silence
• 3rd place: Martin Rod for the paper Enterprise Architecture Framework Adoption in Public Administration of Czechia – Conformity of Models
